Terms & Conditions

Welcome to www.blueprint30.com (hereinafter, the “Website” and/or “BluePrint30”). This Website is owned and operated by Blueprint 30 LLC. By visiting our Website and utilizing any information or resources found here or otherwise provided by us, you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions as stated in this policy (the “User Agreement”) along with all terms as set forth in our Privacy Policy (see below).

This User Agreement is effective as of [4/8/2023] and thereafter. We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement without notice to you other than updating the effective date. Your continued use of this Website after a date as set forth here, constitutes your continued agreement to this User Agreement.

We provide this Website to offer potential students and alumni jobseekers graduating from Christian colleges and universities around the country with connections to churches and other faith-based 501(c)(3) organizations, as well as other organizations with whom we may feel a relationship is beneficial to our constituents, with openings and opportunities. The BluePrint30 roadmap strives to help schools, students, and local churches navigate the process of finding each other and achieving a mutual fi t. We provide these opportunities through information, resources, and services, and other tools as well as links to other sources of what we believe to be beneficial things for job seekers and job posters (collectively, the “Resources”).

While we strive to make the Resources as good as can be and effective in their purpose, we provide the Resources “as-is” and without any warranty of fitness for any particular purpose other than as expressly stated or that the Resources will be available as and when you need. You agree to use the Resources only for the purposes intended as permitted by this User Agreement or applicable law and agree to make your own independent evaluation of any particular Resource as being appropriate for your purposes. We provide Resources targeted to three different audiences, namely, the student or alumni jobseeker, the colleges and universities wanting to assist their students and alumni in finding open positions, and the churches and other 501(c)(3) organizations with openings to offer. Some of the Resources come at a cost, and others, particularly those offered to the student audience, without costs, all as set forth. You also may be required to set up an account and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not associated with a cost. Accessing (or attempting to access) any Resource by any means other than through the means we provide is strictly prohibited.

In order to access the Resources we provide at any particular level of access as set forth, you understand and agree:

a. To pay us any associated fees, if any, in connection with any access level as set forth and as ordered and agreed by you

b. All information you provide to us (name, email, etc.) are all accurate, correct and up-to-date

c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords or other details of your account you use to access the Resources (provided any such leak of information is not the result of a compromise of our Website security)

d. You will not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Website functionality or security, including the servers and/or networks through which the Resources are accessed

e. You will not copy, duplicate, reproduce, re-sell, trade, or otherwise violate any of our ownership interest in any of the Resources (unless specifically allowed)

f. You are solely liable for any consequences, damages, or other losses that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any prohibited activity on your part or perpetrated through your account

g. You will not solicit from anyone, or provide through your account, anything that is illegal or reasonably deemed offensive or immoral and you will not upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, racist, or otherwise containing any inappropriate language or improperly impersonates any third-party or misappropriates any third-party owned material (and when direct messaging any other user, i.e., as in applying for an opening or soliciting a candidate for your opening, you will not threaten or harass them and will always treat everyone with whom you interact with the utmost respect)

h. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party with whom you have contact or otherwise interact through our Resources and you alone are responsible to conduct your own due diligence in connection with any third party information provided to you. WE DO NOT EVALUATE ANY POSITION THAT MAY BE OFFERED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE AND MAKE NO GUARANTEES OF THE SUITABILITY OF ANY POSITION. WE MERELY CONNECT JOB SEEKERS WITH JOB OPPORTUNITIES. BEYOND THAT, IT IS YOUR OBLIGATION TO MAKE SURE ANY POSITION YOU ACCEPT IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR SITUATION AND DESIRES. YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IT IS THE POTENTIAL EMPLOYER’S OBLIGATION TO COMPLY WITH ALL LAWS REGARDING EMPLOYMENT HIRING PRACTICES AND JOB SEEKERS SHOULD ONLY SEEK CLAIMS AGAINST SUCH POTENTIAL EMPLOYER AND ANY POTENTIAL EMPLOYER POSTING AN OPPORTUNITY THROUGH THIS WEBSITE HEREBY INDEMNIFIES BLUEPRINT30 AGAINST ALL SUCH CLAIMS.

i. BluePrint30 endeavors to make job opportunities available to job seekers free for the job seekers. To do so, BluePrint30 may charge fees to those posting such opportunities. BluePrint30 has no control over the actual job opportunities posted or the words used to describe such opportunities and all such opportunities are considered advertising. While BluePrint30 does not knowing provide access to job opportunities whereby the job poster is charging a fee to a job seeker to accept a position, again, BluePrint30 has no control over this and disclaims all liability therefor. BluePrint30 further disclaims any liability for the content or accuracy or timeliness of any job advertised, or whether or not any job opportunity is posted at all.

j. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueprint 30, LLC and its affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account (whether with or without your permission, unless it was the result of a breach of our Website security). We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

K. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST US IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR USE OF THE RESOURCES AND BLUEPRINT 30, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU AS A RESULT OF USING THE RESOURCES, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY CHANGES, DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION, CANCELLATION, LOSS OF ACCESS, OR DOWNTIME TO THE FULL EXTENT THAT APPLICABLE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY LAWS APPLY

m. You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our Website, including the Resources, with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
